What data we process and why

• Enquiries you send by email, phone or WhatsApp (name, contact details and message): to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures.
• Bookings: managed through TheFork and CoverManager, which process your data under their own privacy policies. We receive the data needed to handle the booking. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Private events: contact details and event information to prepare quotes and organise the event. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract.
• Analytics and advertising: browsing data collected through cookies, only if you accept them. See the Cookie policy.

Retention

We keep data for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and then for the legal limitation periods.

Recipients

We do not share data with third parties unless legally required. Service providers (web hosting, bookings, messaging, analytics and advertising) may access it under the safeguards required by the GDPR. Some of them (Google, Meta, TikTok) may carry out international transfers covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to gdpr@lovmarbella.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
